Initially was covered for everything we needed, and then their costs went up and up, I changed over to other insurers to get more Extras Cover, and have since regretted it. Their on the phone support was excellent. But the online login was old fashioned and a lot of their systems still required paper forms and signatures, so we had to scan everything
